ꕤ general info (applies to all group orders):

please read; by joining my group order, you automatically agree to ALL my rules!

once you claim a spot, no backouts unless you find a replacement. if you do, please let me know the username of the new joiner and add them to the group chat. you can leave the group chat after that.
please don’t claim a spot if you can’t pay immediately or within the established deadline.
patience is key! i work with warehouse and proxy services and wait for packages to accumulate before forwarding them. the shipping start dates vary by store, and while it typically takes about 1-3 weeks for items to reach my korean (!) address, GOs in general can take 1-3 months to reach me as i wait for multiple items to arrive at my korean address before forwarding them to me in a monthly ems box. to keep shipping costs as low as possible for everyone and avoid multiple shipments, i wait until i have a sufficient amount of items before forwarding them in bulk. this also helps streamline the process and ensure you get everything at once!

when ordering from chinese stores (such as kmstation, starriver, idoustage, counting stars etc.), please keep in mind that they are often known for slow production and shipping times. it’s not uncommon for orders to take several months to arrive, as these stores can have lengthy processing times and shipping delays. if you’re considering joining a group order with a chinese store, make sure you’re comfortable with the longer wait times, as the items may take anywhere from 3 to 12 months to reach me.

i typically host group orders for pre-orders, lucky draws, fancalls, and fansign events, all of which require waiting for the events to finish and all items to arrive at my korean address.
please keep in mind that i’m not a warehouse, and i have limited space in my house. while i do my best to accommodate everyone, i can only store so many items at a time.
if you’re looking for immediate availability and quick shipping, purchasing from a local k-pop store or official retailer may be the best option. group orders typically involve waiting for items to be produced, shipped in bulk, and forwarded to me, which can take several weeks or even months. if fast delivery is important to you, i highly recommend looking into other options!
i provide updates through my instagram stories, which i send to the respective group chats and save in a highlight so you can access them at any time. please check there before dming me, as many questions are already answered in the stories.
i'm not responsible for any damages or misprints if that's how the store supplies photocards and i can't do anything about them unless a store provides replacements.
please ensure all payments are made on time to avoid any inconvenience to yourself and others. i understand that life can be unpredictable, but it’s important that you communicate with me if something comes up.

if you fail to make:

౨ৎ initial payment: i will NOT secure your items. i will expose you as a time-waster ****and you will be added to the blacklist to prevent you from joining any of my future GOs.

౨ৎ ems + customs payment: a late fee will be applied for up to 5 days after the deadline. after this period, your items will be considered abandoned and put up for sale without any refund.

౨ৎ doms payment: for doms (domestic shipping), you have *two weeks *****to make the payment after requesting. if payment is not received within that time frame, your items will be considered abandoned and put up for sale without any refund.

if you change your username, please dm me with both your old and new username. if i can’t find you while collecting ems, customs, or doms, your items will be put up for sale without any compensation or refund. please keep me updated to avoid any issues!
