• i am NOT responsible for any damaged, lost or returned mail!
• all international mails are automatically sent as priority.
• shipping rates are fixed and include a 3% exchange rate fee, which is the amount paypal charges when converting from EUR to PLN (polish zloty).
• i use digital stamps provided by envelo for postage. if your country does not accept digital stamps, please inform me in advance so i can purchase regular stamps at the post office.
• i provide proof of shipment for all shipments. for larger packages sent via the post office (untracked), i will provide a receipt or a photo as proof instead of a drop-off video as larger packages may not fit in standard polish mailboxes and must be handed directly to a post office worker. please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method.
• a cn22 customs form will be attached to all non-letter-sized mail sent outside the european union. this is to ensure smooth delivery and avoid your package being returned to me.

ꕤ group orders:

• a shipping form will be sent to the ems / group order group chat once items are ready to be shipped. please, double-check your form: only mark the group orders you joined with me to ensure all your items are packed correctly. any items left out can be added later but will incur an additional packing fee.
• if you want to combine shipping for all your group order items, please inform me in advance, ideally in the comments section of the shipping form. please note that not all items you’ve purchased may be on hand, so ensure the wait time is reasonable, as i am not a warehouse. ****i can hold items if they are from the same comeback or if their volume is small, but i can not always store your items for extended periods, especially as you may join more group orders and the items start piling up.
• combining shipping with another person is also possible to split costs. both parties must message me to confirm their agreement, and both usernames should be included in the shipping form.
• items will not be packed or shipped until ems and customs fees are fully paid, unless i have agreed to combine this payment with doms.
• failure to fill out the shipping form within 2 months may result in your items being considered abandoned. unclaimed items will be put up for sale without refunds unless we’ve discussed an extension beforehand.
• i copy your address exactly as submitted in the shipping form, so please ensure it’s written correctly and how you want it to appear. while i do address checks, i am not responsible for errors in the information you provide.
• if the address is incomplete or incorrect, and / or your mail gets returned to me for any reason, you will need to pay the shipping fee again.
• it is your responsibility to check the notion page to confirm everything was packed correctly.
• you have 2 weeks to pay doms after the payment request is sent. a reminder will be sent after one week. if payments are not completed within the given deadlines, your items will be considered abandoned and resold without any refund.
• a small packing fee (0,50-1,50€) is added to each order to cover packaging materials.
